Conditions of delivery
1.General
The General Terms and Conditions of Sales and Delivery are binding in so far as they declared applicable when agreement is concluded. Other Terms of the buyer are only valid in so far as they are expressly accepted by LIPPOLD in writing.
All agreements and legally relevant statements made by the parties must be writing in order
to be valid.
2. Offer
Our offer is not binding. It is possible to have small variance comparing to our pictures.
3. Costs of shipment
Shipping costs for orders from Lippold depend upon the methods and options you choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for our items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

4.Terms of Payment
Payments are made by the Buyer at Lippold's domicile without deduction of rabates, expenses, taxes
nor fees of any kind. Payment terms as otherwise provided for this agreement are to be decided upon
seperately.
In case of any delay in payment Lippold reserves the right to immediately discontinue planned deliveries and shall be entitled to calculate default interest of 6% p.a.
5. Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with shipping and delivery date. If the items you have ordered are in stock, we will send them as soon as we received your order and your prepayment.
In case they are not in stock we will produce your order asap.
6. Returns Policy
Within 14 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from Lippold, for any reason, for a full refund.
In case the result of return is of our error we will also refund the shipping cost provided that :
· Any Mirror Tray is in its original condition.
Note: We cannot accept returns of items which returned more than 14 days after delivery, items that are not in their original packaging.
7. Transfer of perils
The peril is transfered in the moment goods are send from Lippold GmbH to purchaser in the moment goods are send by Lippold or given to Transportation company.
8. Warranty
LIPPOLD garantees that our products were at time of Transfer of Perils free of faults
in the material and manufacturing error.
By arriving the buyer has to inspect the goods to reveal faults . In case of failins or defects the Buyer
has to tell Lippold inbetween ten days in a written form. This is also for latent defects which are not
apparent right now.
Otherwise there is a breach of warranty for this faults.
The warranty is valid for six month from sending the goods to you. In case of reclamation
the Buyer has to prove date of buying by bill. The complained article has to be send with a copy of bill
and the shipment has to be prepayed.
The warranty is not available for regular wearout and fair wear and tear.
Warranty is not available if Customer does any changes at the goods.
Lippold has during the liability of warranty the right to a subsequent improvment at no charge.
It is acceptable to change just parts of the article.
9. Retention of title
Lippold shall retain title of the delivery until purchase price is paid full. The Buyer is obliged to
undertake all measures required to protect Lippold's property.
Lippold is entitled to have with the compliance of the Buyer the retention of title entered in the corresponding register.
10. Inspection of Acceptance of Delivery
On receipt of delivery the Buyer shall inspect it in reasonable time and shall immediadtely report it
to LIPPOLD in writing. Failure to do so by the Buyer constitutes approval of the deliveries.
11. Applicable Law
This agreement is governed only by German Law.
12. Place of Juristication
Place of Juristication is 63303 Dreieich, Germany.
13. Dataprocessing
We have to tell you after § 28 German Data Protection Act (BDSG) that all needed datas for
this business will be processed and saved in our Computersystem § 33 (BDSG) .
All personal datas will be kept in confidence..
